Daniel works at MSL where he is the head of safety. Working with many of the top UK and international brands and manufacturers ensuring their cosmetic products are safe and compliant for UK, EU and US markets. MSL are one of the largest third party Responsible Person providers in the EU and UK ensuring thousands of products are compliant for these markets. Daniel is a member of the CTPA Scientific Committee, International Regulatory and Trade Committee and NAMs Advisory Group.

He has led training for UK Trading Standards on the requirements of a CPSR under the cosmetic regulation. He holds Masters Degrees in Environmental Management with a focus on Environmental toxicology from Lancaster University, Chemistry obtained from The University of Sheffield and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from The University of Nottingham. Prior to joining MSL he worked as a medicinal chemist in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years.
